When I set out to launch the Now Serving franchise, the boss gave me one piece of direction: don’t become the stereotypical “food guy.”
This was an easy instruction to follow.
Restaurants are so much more than places that turn out food — they are pillars of the community. They put people to work, serve as the foundations of our neighborhoods and celebrate cultures from near and far.
Now Serving tells the stories of Milwaukee’s food and beverage scene from that perspective. We celebrate the people adding flavor to the place we live.
